Strategy over Spontaneity: A successful brand presence isn't built on unstructured posts and a lot of views, but on a structured strategy that aligns social media KPIs with overarching business goals.
Community > Virality: One of my biggest takeaways was that a small, loyal community of true fans is infinitely more valuable than a viral video seen by a million strangers. While virality offers a temporary spike in views, community building fosters the long-term trust and emotional investment required to sustain a business through shifting algorithms
The Power of Collaboration: While my background has primarily focused on independent content creation, this course provided a valuable shift toward collaborative strategy.
